

SynergyFlow — Terms of Service

1) Acceptance
By accessing or using mysynergyflow.com or any SynergyFlow services, you agree to these
Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2) Services
SynergyFlow is a CRM and automation platform built on GoHighLevel. Features may include
contact management, pipelines, calendars, forms, funnels, email/SMS/voice, AI assistants,
workflows/automations, reporting, and integrations.
3) Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Services. Keep your credentials
secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may refuse, suspend, or
terminate accounts for violations, risk, or non-payment.
4) Customer content & Service Data
You own your Service Data (e.g., contacts, messages, media, pipelines). You grant us and our
subprocessors (including HighLevel) a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process
Service Data solely to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the Services and as otherwise
permitted by law or these Terms. You warrant you have all necessary rights and consents to
submit and process Service Data.
5) Acceptable Use; messaging compliance
You agree not to misuse the Services or violate laws, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CTIA and
carrier rules. Prohibited conduct includes: spam, unlawful or discriminatory content,
harassment, impersonation, malware, scraping, and attempts to bypass security or rate
limits. You must maintain verifiable consent (opt-in) for SMS/email recipients and honor
opt-out requests (STOP/HELP). We may throttle, suspend, or terminate for abuse, excessive
complaints, or carrier violations.
6) AI features
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate and are provided “as is.” Do not
input sensitive personal data, payment data, health data/PHI, or other special-category data
into AI prompts. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs before use or
publication. To the extent permitted by law, you own rights in AI outputs as between you
and us; we and our providers retain rights in the underlying models and tools.
7) Third-party services
We integrate with third-party services (e.g., HighLevel, email/SMS/voice carriers, analytics,
Stripe). Their terms and privacy policies apply; we are not responsible for them. We may
enable/disable integrations at any time.
8) Plans, billing & taxes
Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You authorize us (or Stripe) to charge your
payment method for recurring fees, usage-based charges (e.g., messaging), taxes, and
surcharges. Manage cancellations before the renewal date to avoid future charges. Fees are
non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible
for taxes.
9) Service levels; maintenance
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may
perform maintenance, updates, or changes that affect features or access.
10) Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s non-public information with reasonable care and use it
only for the purposes of these Terms.
11) Intellectual property
Excluding your Service Data and outputs as noted, the Services (including software, models,
templates, designs, and documentation) are owned by us or our licensors. No rights are
granted except as expressly stated.
12) Disclaimers
THE SERVICES (INCLUDING AI FEATURES) ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
13) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE
DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL
LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS
PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
14) Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Synergy Business IS and its affiliates, officers,
employees, and agents from claims arising out of your Service Data, your use of the Services
(including messaging), or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
15) Termination
We may suspend or terminate immediately for violations, risk, or non-payment. Upon
termination, we may delete your account and Service Data after a reasonable retention
period unless legally required to keep it. You may export Service Data before termination.
16) Governing law; arbitration; class-action waiver
These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia. Any dispute will be
resolved by confidential, final, and binding arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration
Rules by a single arbitrator in Washington, D.C. You and we waive class actions and jury
trials. Either party may seek injunctive relief for IP misuse in court.
17) Changes
We may update these Terms; we’ll post the updated version with the “Last updated” date.
Your continued use after changes become effective means you accept them.
